Refund policy
As we are a made to order label, we do not offer refunds other than store credit for change of mind purchases.
If you do receive a faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery confirmation and then organise to return the item to us, we will assess the faulty item and upon receipt and verified condition, and refund the item upon receipt. The item must be securely packaged, unworn and in its original condition.
Please make sure that you have read this information on our pieces before. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom made garments. We also cannot offer refunds or exchanges if contacted after 7 days of delivery confirmation.
